Repair Information

All first-time repairs are complimentary, excluding missing pieces of jewelry. For an item to be repaired, mail your piece in a bubble mailer to 514 Cloverdale Road Suite 2, Montgomery, AL 36106 with a contact name and phone number included.

Please note that repair authorization is issued on a case-by-case basis and may not be granted if damage is found to be caused by foregoing proper jewelry care. We cannot repair jewelry pieces that were added on or otherwise not created by ExVoto.

Antique lockets and pendants are sold as-is and cannot be repaired without a repair fee. Some after-purchase damages to antique pendants and lockets cannot be repaired at all.

Please allow up to 2-4 weeks for a repair to be completed.

All repairs are subject to shipping charges.

All items are hand cast from vintage elements and then hand polished. Therefore, any variations in surface texture we do not consider to be imperfections, but rather evidence of the hand-made nature of the product.
