Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of customer receiving a product ordered online. For a refund to be issued, please contact our office for authorization before mailing in a return/exchange from a web order. You will be credited in full, minus any shipping charges. We do not pay for returns to be shipped back to ExVoto Vintage. We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges. All sale items and engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
ExVoto cannot issue a refund for lockets or pendants which have become damaged by after-purchase engraving.

To return or exchange an item, send your item along with your contact information to:

Once we have received your item, we will credit you back for your purchase.

Return in the original packaging

Our products are well packaged for shipping purposes. Without the original packaging, we will not be able to accept your return. The product must be received by the ExVoto office in unworn and original condition with tag attached and all packaging included if a refund is to be granted.

As new condition

Returns will only be accepted if the product is in its unused new condition. Products that have scratches, stains, damages, engraving or any other modifications will not be returnable.

Sale Items

Items marked as Sale items cannot be returned. 

Wholesale Orders

All wholesale orders are final sale.
