 We are unable to hold or delay shipping any web orders at this time. The date you place your order is when the order processing time begins (orders placed after 3pm on Friday will begin processing the following Monday unless otherwise noted in the product description).

Online Order Returns & Exchanges
We accept jewelry and apparel returns within 14 days from ship date. All items must be in original condition with tags attached and returned in the original packaging. For a refund to be issued, please complete the return order form below. We will send a USPS return label via email during regular business hours, or the following business day. The USPS return label must be printed and used within 24 hours. Once the item is received back to us within 14 days and in original condition, it will be refunded, minus the shipping label cost. We reserve the right to deny unreasonable exchanges or returns. All sale items are final sale.

All sale items and engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Any special order, which has modified an item in any way, including custom length changes, is final sale.
ExVoto cannot issue a refund for lockets or pendants which have become damaged by after-purchase engraving.

All items are hand cast from vintage elements and then hand polished. Therefore, any variations in surfaces texture we do not consider to be imperfections, but rather evidence of the hand-made nature of the product.

Exchanges

In an effort to get refunds issued as quickly as possible, we are not offering exchanges at this time except in store. To insure your item(s) are in stock and shipped quickly, we recommend purchasing the correct item right away and returning the original item.

Gift Exchanges

We allow one exchange for online credit, per item. Item(s) must be shipped back to us within 14 days of receiving. Once item(s) are received, an online code for credit, will be sent via email.

Return in the original packaging

Our products are well packaged for shipping purposes. Without the original packaging, we will not be able to accept your return. The product must be received by the ExVoto office in unworn and original condition with tags attached and all packaging included.

As new condition

Returns will only be accepted if the product is in its unused new condition. Products that have scratches, stains, damages, engraving or any other modifications will not be returnable.



In-Store Apparel Jewelry Returns & Exchanges

In-store purchases may be returned for store credit. Returns for store credit are allowed within 14 days of sale with receipt and tags still attached. All handbags, shoes, and sunglasses are FINAL SALE. Items purchased from trunk show inventory are final sale.
An item may only be exchanged once. 
Once an item has been exchanged, the sale is final.

Sale Items

Items marked as Sale items cannot be returned. 

Wholesale Orders

All wholesale orders are final sale.
